        Returns & Refund Policy

        Purchases made from the online store at passiflora.health are non-returnable after purchase. However, we offer a full replacement or refund for products damaged during transit or in cases of manufacturing defects.

        To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

        Damages/Defects:

        • Raise the query within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting customers@passiflora.health.
        • Provide clear photos and videos of the damaged product(s), the shipping label on the box, and the invoice slip inside the package.
        • Eligible conditions for replacement include:
        • Water-damaged packaging
        • Tampered or opened seals on jars/pouches
        • Broken jars or torn pouches

         

        Order Mismatch or Missing Items:

        • Raise the query within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting customers@passiflora.health.
        • Share photos and videos of the package, its contents, the shipping label, and the invoice slip inside the box.
        • We will assist you with a replacement or initiate a refund based on the issue.

         

        Please Note: For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products delivered without any damages, defects, or order mismatches.

        To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the query must be raised within 30 days of placing the order. Any concerns raised beyond 30 days from the order confirmation date will not be entertained. For food safety and sanitary reasons, we do not accept return requests for items delivered without any damages or defects.

        Replacement Timeframe

        Once our customer support team validates the issue, replacement orders are typically processed within 4–7 business days.

        Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

        Cancellation Policy

        Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to customers@passiflora.health.

        Cancellations cannot be processed after the order has been dispatched or 24 hours after placing the order, whichever occurs sooner.

        Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
